Good suspense when the tornado was coming. I liked that you explained the different meteorological concepts in lay-terms. I did not like the Sam character, though. I was hoping that he would redeem himself at the awards ceremony by at least thanking Dean — who was right, Sam could not be trusted. Thanks for sharing.
I got similar reactions about Sam from my friends who read the story. Ultimately, I wanted to have a stark difference between how the reader sees him and how his colleagues see him. Appreciate the response and thanks for reading!
