It's nice to read a story set in the Philippines. I'm living in hong kong and we get the same typhoons about 2 days after you guys do, but aren't as powerful when they hit us. The destruction in the Phillippines can be pretty sad and shocking. In your story, the little details about life in the Phillippines are a good addittion. Waking up to the neighbors music was especially funny. Also reading about the call centers, that could be an entire story in itself. anyways great story, and thanks for posting!

this was amazing! I love learning about other cultures. You have a good sense of humor as well. I am a little concerned that sone of it will be missed. I agree with the comment that it would be helpful to use Grammerly or some type of program, this will clean up your description a little more.
